Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kno2gether Labs LTD (“we”, “us”), operating the Vibe AI service at vibe-ai.cloud, collects and uses personal data. We are the data controller.

What we collect

• Your email address, and optionally your company/project name.
• The website or app URL you ask us to scan, and the results of that scan.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• To run the security scan you requested and deliver your report — performance of a service you asked for, and your explicit consent given at the point of scanning.
• To email you your sign-in link and report, and occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe).
• To operate, secure and improve the service — our legitimate interests.

Scanning & authorization

Scans are passive and non-invasive. You confirm at submission that you own the target site or have explicit permission to have it scanned. We do not attack your site or attempt exploitation.

Storage & processors

Data is stored on infrastructure we control and with trusted processors acting on our instructions, including Cloudflare (hosting/CDN/R2 storage), Resend (transactional email), and AI model providers used to generate your report. Reports are stored isolated per client. We never sell your data.

Retention

We keep scan data and reports for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or erase your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights or raise a concern, contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
