Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs who may run scans with Vibe AI and how. By using the service you agree to it.

Authorization is required

• You may only request a scan of a website or system that you own or that you are explicitly authorized to test.
• You must provide accurate identity details. We verify your email and your connection to the target before scanning.

Prohibited use

• Scanning or attempting to scan any system you do not own or lack permission to test.
• Using Vibe AI to plan, enable or conceal unauthorized access or any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to bypass our ownership-verification controls, or impersonating a site owner.

Enforcement

We log every scan request (including identity, target and IP). Where we detect unauthorized or abusive attempts, we may refuse service, retain evidence, and notify the legitimate site owner and relevant authorities. We do this to protect site and app owners — unauthorized scanning can itself be unlawful and harmful.

Legitimate owners we can’t auto-verify

If you’re a genuine owner but our automatic checks can’t confirm it, we won’t scan until you prove ownership via a DNS TXT record or a short verification call. This protects you as much as everyone else.
